Account and Data Deletion
We provide users with the ability to delete their accounts and all associated data at any time to ensure full control over their personal information.
How to delete your account:
In-App Deletion: Open the app, go to Settings, and tap on “Delete Account”. Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm the deletion.
Web Request: If you are unable to access the app, you can submit a deletion request by contacting our support team at [Support@bealtak.com].
What happens when you delete your account:
Once the deletion is confirmed, your profile information, saved addresses, and personal preferences will be permanently removed from our active databases.
Certain transactional data (such as order history and invoices) may be retained for a limited period to comply with legal, accounting, and tax obligations in Egypt.
Once deleted, your account cannot be recovered.
